im prediabetic and i drink 1 sip of regular coke and throw the rest away and it doesnt bother me.

All dietary products are no good for health. But consuming them here and then are not harmful. For upset stomach try Dr Pepper or coke soda it will definitely help.

As a type 2 diabetic i do drink zero sugar only sodas sometimes but not everyday but as long its ZERO SUGAR your good to go.

I would say that drinking regular Diet Coke/ Diet Dr. Pepper, Is just as bad as drinking the regular ones. So for who anyone who is drinking TONS of diet soda (without diabetes) Just drink The normal one.

I cannot drink any Diet Sodas as they contain Aspartame, which I am allergic to. Cause my neck to start itching, my eyes turn red and itch, etc. NOT GOOD. Better off not drinking this stuff period. Yes they do cause cancer etc.

Diet Coke and Coke Zero DO NOT raise blood sugar so there is no affect there. But drinking that stuff messes up the gut. I was drinking Coke Zero and realized I got nauseous; I had to stop. The aspartame and artificial sweeteners don’t help, It’s a compromise, you trade for no rise in blood sugar to ruining your gut.

Sir, i needa know something about.. I'm type 1 diabetic and my sugar level is 180-250 (actually i din't check for a while so i don't know the actual number). I drank just a sip of Mountain Dew.. Is it risky ?? What should i do now if my blood sugar would increase ?? Should i drink lot of water or increase my insulin dose ?? Any tips, Anyone ??
